They were on their way in an hour! That really put my mind at ease because its not fun having the septic backed up, yuck!!
I have to say that their prices are very competitive (for plumbing, yikes!). Others were way more expensive and wanted the payment before they even started the work. Also, they had a coupon online that I used.
I will only use them for my plumbing needs.
