I had to work until 6:30 and the owner, Rob offered to stay open a half hour late just so I could get the item that I needed. He also looked up my make and model of car online to make sure I was purchasing the right parts. He also gave me a full description of how to install the item myself. I will be going to Extreme Audio & Performance for all of my car audio needs from now on and I recommend them to EVERYONE. :)
