I called Mike as a professional courtesy to extend a unique opportunity designed for Small Businesses, guaranteed and proven to help them be more successful & profitable. Mike was rude and pushy. He ran me through all kinds of hoops by asking me irrelevant questions (which I did my best to answer), and then complained that I wasn't being direct and to the point (which I was trying to do, no thanks to his derailing). Then he hung-up on me. Oh well, his loss.
