First they told us they would be here on a Friday by noon and be done by the end of the day, they showed up at 4:00. They safely laid the large tree down. They left saying it was late and would return Saturday to clean it up.
Pros: Laid tree safely
Cons: poor communication, yard a disaster after, took 7 days!
