I have the highest praise and respect for Cheryl Steele, her staff and Forever Formals. My experience as a bride to be was flawless from the moment I walked in until I received my dresses for myself and my bridesmaids. Cheryl goes way and beyond the normal customer service guidelines; you would not get this same service at a larger store. Cheryl greeted me when I walked in and made me feel like I was at home which went along with the ambience of her store. She showed me around the downstairs, and I saw the different inventory of the long and short bridesmaids? gowns, as well as the darling flower girl dresses. Thereafter, she took me upstairs to the bridal gown section where I asked her for help and she picked out some gowns for me to try on. I ended up choosing the second gown that I tried on and ordered the gown that same day. Of course, I ended up ordering the rest of my bridal party?s dresses from Forever Formals. Everything was delivered by the promised date. Since I am petite, my dress needed to be altered significantly. They did a great job! The alterations were exceptional! I would recommend (and have recommended) all brides to be to this wonderful establishment. Thank you Cheryl!
