Bachelor's one has some of the best ""bar food"" in town. We have been there on several occasions. Great variety for all age groups. They have home make chicken fingers that the kids will love. Steaks and ribs are some of the best I have ever had. You have to try the breaded deep fried mushrooms. They are awesome. My other favorite is the best coconut shrimp with the marmalade jelly is to die for. Since the bar is now under new ownership, it has become a much friendlier place to hang out. Lots of fun with the live band, pool tables, and video games. Also, a well stocked bar for any drink you can imagine. Great place to take the kids for a family dinner on a Sunday afternoon. Even better now that the smoking law has passes in Michigan. The new owners are really great for the community. They have hosted a few charity events in their short time of new ownership. Overall, good experience, and friendly service.
