I have to be in agreement with these postings. I would guess that the people that are saying that the building is ok are probably from PAC trying to make themselves look better.
We've lived there for over a year. The problems started pretty immediately which should have been a sign. The apartment that we moved into had a lot of water damage from a leak prior. We were promised that they would fix the floors before we moved in and they never did. When we contacted them several times after we moved in about it our calls were ignored and eventually we were told that there was nothing that they could do to fix it.
The water is always BROWN!!!!! and since we've lived there they turn the water off about once every two weeks I'm guessing to try to fix the pipes but i've been there for a year and it really hasn't gotten any better so if you move in I would suggest ordering Arrowhead or something bc a Brita will just be worn out too quickly.
They are constantly writing letters to the tenants about all the rules being broken and not to disrespect the property. i.e. we had our bike in the garage and we were written a letter after a year saying that we need to move our bike or it will be thrown out. MIND YOU the hallways smell like piss and dog and the grounds are pretty gross. We overlooked this bc our apartment is very spacious and they accept pets but truly it the property is no luxury housing by a stretch I think they make way to big of a deal about small things like that.
We were one day late on our rent one month and were charged $100!!! for a late fee. We wrote them a letter saying that we were never late and were great tenants and they said NO.
We would move but honestly it just costs so much money so we just suck it up but all in all they are not respectful of their tenants I would pass.
Pros: easy to rent from them
Cons: no respect for the property or tenants
