The service is as bad as the food! The pizza was edible at best, my 2.5 year old daughter who loves pizza wouldn't eat it or the tiramisu! It was all frozen and crunchy icy on the bottom. I called to speak with someone about it and the girl said ""oh, we freeze it, it usually thaws on the way, but it won't hurt you"" REALLY? So I ask if I can get some kind of refund since it is seriously completely frozen 30 min after being delivered...her great customer service answer...""NO"" in a rude tone.
If I wasn't home alone with an infant and a toddler, I would have driven over and taken it back to them STILL frozen!
