Just ordered several pieces for shelves. They were very good about recutting some of the pieces when we discovered the glass was mismeasured. It's not clear who was responsible for that oops, but they showed good will by redoing it. But when scratches were pointed out, they didn't want to step up to the plate. We were ready to order several more for another unit, but they wouldn't do anything about the scratches in the first set. Too bad, they lost a sale for it.
