Due to something completely beyond my or CAF's control, I didn't actually sign a lease through CF, but their services are top notch. TK is the most hard working, honest and friendly person. She patiently listened to my situation and promptly responded to my concerns and questions. She was really great and provided some much-needed advice and support. I learned a lot about Chicago apartments and tenants' rights from TK, and I truly owe her for her time and commitment. While I ultimately found a better match with a private owner, CAF's did everything and more than what I had hoped for.Garret is also a great agent, and Ryan in closing was awesome. They all answered my numerous questions and acted as mediator between management companies.
