I had a great overall experience at Dr. Wilbanks office. I had an appointment for a filling, and the entire process, from walking in the front door to leaving the office, took about 20 minutes. The hygienist, Kristen, was kind and made me feel very calm and relaxed. Dr. Wilbanks is professional, kind, and does not waste any time! I was very surprised at how fast and painless the whole experienced turned out to be. The lady at the front desk is also very friendly and greeted me by name. The one thing that seemed unusual is that they serve coffee at the front desk. It seems like a dentist would discourage coffee consumption since it's not very good for teeth. It is a nice courtesy though.
