Just keep driving. There are not a lot of BBQ stores in Huntsville but, you can't do any worse. The pork is grease-bound. Fast cooked. Closest thing to flavor is the outside meat that is just scorched from fast cooking. No rub. Sauce is about what you would get 2 for a dollar at the grocery. No kidding. This guy must be booking. He is not making a living off of this meat. And on top of that, it is about, if not the most expensive in the area. Do this. Buy a 1.29lb butt. Hit it with salt, pepper, cayenne, and a little garlic. Bake it in your oven. Consider yourself way better off for it.
