I have always enjoyed Bravos's food and atmosphere over the years, but on the last day of school on June 3, 2010 after our last run my friends and I decided to stop by there to enjoy one last time together before school would start again. We all ordered a mixed drink that tasted pretty blah-hhh so we asked for a margarita instead. The waiter proceeded to tell us that you ordered this drink why don't you drink it. I told him, why should we drink something that we don't like? He gave us a very upsetting look then soon after a man came to our table and not even introducing himself as the manager told us that we just wasted $18 of their money and why should he give us another drink. How do I know if you won't return it either? He said he would do it this time but he would not accept it if we returned it also. The waiter was rude not even coming back to the table to offer any of his services. I had to get up to get paper napkins for the party of five.
Pros: Good location away from the malls
Cons: Bad Service/Poor Management
