I have owned several Hondas over the years and I find them to be great cars, but on three occasions I have visited First Texas Honda with the serious intent to buy an automobile (both used and new). I have found the same level of arrogance in the new and used sales departments. The sales people seem to have the attitude that the customer should just buy a car from them because they have been around a long time. Well they have been around for a long time, perhaps too along. They need to realize that other dealerships are also fighting for our business. And the other dealerships treat everyone who walks in their door as a potential longtime customer. First Texas Honda has the attitude that if you don't buy their car, someone else will. Other dealerships I have visited have called me on several occasions asking me questions and inviting me to come in and sit down and talk with them again.
