Had my Cavalier towed to Cramer Chevrolet and was told the problem was a bad fuel pump and associated equipment. They wanted to charge me over $1000 to replace.\r

I got a second quote from a reputable mechanic who uses AC Delco parts and the price was almost half. Even after I paid Cramer $90 + tax (also rediculous!) for the diagnostics and a $45 tow from Cramer to the mechanic I still saved over $400.\r
\r
Took the service department over an hour to close out my repair ticket so I could have the car towed.\r

Overall my experience with the serivce department was less than desireable. \r

I will have to think long and hard when I need a new vehicle. I love Chevrolets but may have to go out of town to purchase.
