I've been in the store with my now 4 year old son alot,I dont let him touch anything! There's alot of expensive merchandice in the store.YOU BRAKE IT YOU BUY IT! I dont want to buy 300 dollar fish tank becouse I wasn't watching my child.If you cant manage your 2 children in public,STAY HOME OR GO TO WALL-MART where parants arnt expeced to watch there kids! If you went to other hobby stores you would see that his merchandice is not overpriced.You can't go to another store in a 20 mile radius and find model semi's,sherman tanks,space ships, rc cars,fish or trains! As for rudeness,Ive bought alot of things from him and he's always ben polite and the whole staff are helpfull.Maby you forgot to remove your name tag that said B@#$H
