I left my 2006 Triumph Thruxton with Cycle Tech Saturday afternoon near closing time. I need new tires, rear brake pads and a 12,000 mile tune. I got to meet the owner who looked over my bike and wrote up the service ticket. I was told on the phone that I would have my bike back in less than 1 week which is very important because I use the bike to commute to Chicago every day. Normally I would leave my bike at the Triumph dealer because they provide excellent service but they are way backed up and could not get to my bike. Cycle Tech is ordering my new Metzeler tires from a parts supplier. \r

Got my bike back right on time. The cost was really excessive for the amount of work performed. The owner writes the bill up old school style, by hand, no computer print out. There wasn't a whole lot of detail really about what work was performed. For my little Triumph I got twonew Metzler tires, rear brake pads, and a 12,000 mile check wit
