After Ideal completed major engine repair on my '95 Honda Accord wagon I drove the car to our summer cottage in New Hampshire. The next day the car failed to start. Ideal sent a tow truck to New Hampshire with a loaner car for us to use over the weekend; took the Honda back to Somerville and fixed the problem with no additional charge. Service far above and beyond the average.
