Urgent Care At Malta Medical Arts in Malta is an OK place, but one of the patient care coordinators, Marie, is a miserable human being who is beyond rude and awful. She makes me never ever want to go back there again. I will avoid it at all possible costs. Although most of the nurses and providers are fine.
I wrote to the president of Saratoga Hospital about this and the details of her actions and did not receive an adequate reply (only a receipt of my email). They obviously do not care about customer service or how a patient is treated other than physically.
