we were on a one week vacation and stumbled across Jams. first day we had espresso and croissant and who knew in truro that you could get NY quality, Next thing you knew we were having lunch thee. Balston sandwich on fresh baked french bread is the best.
shopping there is a tad expensive but the selections of cheese, wine etc are wonderful.
dont miss this place if you are on the outer cape
