I cannot recommend this company highly enough! I have heard many horror stories about moving in NYC, but my experience with Serenity could not have been better. From the first time I called, Maxwell was helpful and kind. They had a calm, fast, and flexible response to every issue I threw at them (location changes, difficult landlords, extra boxes). And their moving team was experienced, professional, and - best of all - really, really nice. They made what is usually a scary, unpleasant experience into genuinely good time. I will definitely use them again and can recommend them without reservation.
