We do not recommend Custom Bathroom Specialists. We had our master shower, bath and floor tiled. We were told the remodel would take five days. Three weeks later the job was still not complete. The workers did not bring covering to protect our carpet, bedroom or clothes. Cleanup was constant. It took one month to reach ""completion"" of the job. Completion did not include touchups, cleaning grout off of tile, or cleaning of glass shower. We just wanted to walk into a finished product. A couple weeks later, the grout is beginning to come up on the floor again. . . . This was not a good experience for us.
Pros: After a month of work, tile in shower and bath look good.
Cons: Advised five day job - it took them almost 4 weeks.
