I've been a customer of Aquaquality pools for years. Recently though, I had an issue that required some back-and-forth communication, which is not their strong suit. I finally gave up and located a local source for the parts. When I wrote an email to complain, they basically told me to get lost! So it appears that the best way to receive a prompt reply from them is to complain, but the reply may not be what you are expecting...
Pros: Cheap parts for pool equipment
Cons: Rotten service, no communication, poor attitude
