I got a call from these people and unlike most complaints they were at least nice on the phone. I talked to them on the phone they gave me the info on the debt which was very old (almost 10 years to be exact) but I thought hey I made the debt might as well pay for it. So I gave them my info and told them I would pay the moeny they were asking for. I figured that was it and I would be done with it. Fast forward two months I paid what I had to and forgot about it until my next pay check when bam....another charge comes out I figured this was a mistake on thier part so I tried to contact them to no avail. I had been trying to contact them for two weeks when I get paid again and bam yet another charge. So I contacted my bank and got those taken care of and I am still attempting to contact them as of today.\r

I have filed a complaint with the BBB in Utah contacted the AG and gotten groans from both about these folks. It is almost like each organization has a person that deals with nothing but these people because they have currently 160+ BB complaints and the AG told me well over that in Utah. So if these folks contact you get the info from them on who you owe and contact that business and work it out with them. Give them no info at all or you will regret it in the long run.
