After seeing the numerous flyers for this company and included was a coupon for an AC tune up ($79.00), I called and made an appointment. The soonest they could service our AC was two weeks after my call. I was promised a 10:00 - 12:00 a.m. time frame on a Friday. They called that morning to cancel as there was an ""emergency"" and all of the technicians were busy. The receptionist/scheduler rescheduled for the following Monday, 10:00-12:00. I got a call at 11:30 to say that they were coming from noon to 1:00. Nope - I waited. We got a call at 2:30 to say they were coming in a half an hour. Nope. At 4:15, I decided to read the reviews on the company and immediately called to cancel. When I called, I was assured that the tech was ""on his way"". I still canceled. This waiting was a frustrating waste of a day. I do feel sorry for the receptionist as she has to deal with angry people when their appointment times keep changing, and changing.... and changing.
The ads made the company appear to be very professional. Obviously, they are not.
Pros: Friendly receptionist
Cons: Don't come at scheduled and rescheduled times.
