The absolute worst experience I have ever had with with a travel agent. Quoted one price and billed another. Inflated prices on every reservation: air, auto, hotel, entertainment. Brags that his business has been in the same location for a long time- yet there is no office. Jess Kalinowsky runs this business from a run down apartment on San Vicente in West Hollywood. If you want to meet face to face to conduct business he will insist that he meet you at a different location. Take this warning. Avoid this guy at all costs.?
