We went into contract with SIracusa Homes almost a year ago, and closed on our home in December. Six months later and they still have not completed all the work listed on the punch list. Amazing since they are the ones that write up the punch list and sign it when you do your final walk-through. The sub-contractors they use do sub-par work and use low-quality materials. Their landscaping crew is terrible and we ended up having to fix a major grading/drainage problem ourselves after their crew ""fixed it"". Their office manager is completely rude, no one ever returns phone calls, and their project manager twice missed scheduled appointments with us (no show/no call), making us miss two days of work. Been waiting for our saleman who is also the General manager to return our calls since March. Find another modular home builder.
