To make a long story short Radio Medics are dishonest and miss lead customers. They said they were Short Circuit from San Jose. After speaking with Fernando I find out they took Short Circuits phone number and have it forwarded to their shop in Sacramento. If you need to contact the real Short Circuit that has been in business since 1994 and is located in San Jose google them.
