Rafferty's has some of the best staff I've ever seen! As many times as I have been there the food is always amazing and the service is right there with it, they have really improved, especially with the price drops. Chris Weems gave us the best service we have ever had, ask for him! I recommend Rafferty's to anyone and everyone, give it a shot!
