Be very careful when you deal with this company. We were told that if a handicapped member of our family could not be accomodated on the tour, that we would get our deposit money back. This was all verbal, and we did not get our deposit money fully refunded. \r

Next, we have received a series of e-mails that seem to make it our problem that the company cannot get enough people to go on the tour. The implication of these e-mails was that if we did not get two more people to go on these tours, then we would not qualify for the ""40 person"" rate and that we would need to cover for the two missing spaces. That was not what was advertised. \r

When this has been pointed out to the person in charge of the tour, she just gets defensive and twists in the wind. We only put up with this since it seems like there would be no way that we would ever get our money back from these people. \r

I have not been on the tour yet, so maybe it will be a wonderful thing. I have met the person who will be giving the tour and he seems very knowledgeable. I am looking forward to the trip, but I would not have anything to do with this tour company again - so far I am not impressed.
