I went to the Magnum car Wash on Silas Creek In Winston-Salem on May 25th. When I got home, i noticed the cover to the air bag on the passenger's side was loose. It was done while cleaning the interior of my car. They also turned on the map lights under the rear view mirror and my battery went dead and I had to call AAA and I had to miss the dedication of my little grandbaby. When I reported the damage, the employees at the car wash took my report and said they would submit it. I called several times and was referred to Carla Cosmar 413-8803. Without even seeing my car she said there was no way the car wash could have done the damage. I told her I was 100% sure the damage was done at the car wash. She just argued with me and made me feel like I was an incompetent old lady who didn't know what I was saying. She said it was probably already damaged, but I just didn't notice. I am frustrated, angry and don't now where to go from here. I called Flow Motors and they said it would cost over $100.00 to fix. I am on a fixed income, 77 years old and I feel like I have been totally abused my Carla. The staff at the car was (Michelle and Eunice) assured me that Magnum would take care of my car.
