Similar to a time share scam. Watch out for their promissory notes. If you join, they may try to sell or lease your space to somebody else! At least one park has a very bad electirical system that has destroyed some expensive coaches. They will not take responsibility nor will they repair their electrical system.
Pros: Some parks are OK.
Cons: Expense, dangerous electrical systems.
