The roof on our rental Leaked EVERY time it rained, so they would send a roofer out and he would say the same thing every time, and that was, that it couldn't continue to be fixed because it simply needed a new roof badly. Of course (Debbie) the landlord didn't care, they actually told us that's why we payed cheap rent.
That wasn't the worst. The worst part was when we moved out they kept our deposit and charged us for a damaged window, that was documented damaged when we moved in. They only kept our deposit because they knew we had moved out of state, and couldn't afford to come back to fight them in court, but believe me I would have had I not moved.
the landlord/western associated are just mean spirited people, only looking out for themselves. They'll try to swindle the working class out of every last penny they can by any means possible. BEWARE!!
Pros: none!
Cons: wont fix anything, kept our deposit for no good reason.
