I rented from this company about 20 years ago and had a wonderful experience.
But now as a homeowner, their property management sucks. Unresponsive, defensive, don't do their inspections as stated and now I am out a portable AC,
curtains and had to replace at my own cost a wall AC because the property manager (Aloha-well there is no Aloha in her) did not do her due diligence and inspect everything or inventory before she let the new tenant move in.
When I tried to approach her via email about these issues she became defensive and told me she didn't know where my curtains were, didn't know about the portable AC, thought it belonged to the tenant and stated she didn't have an inventory list, which I had faxed to her.
She also always had to have the last word and was very unprofessional and nasty in her email correspondence. I finally had to tell her to stop contacting me and also had to have a relative call and tell the new property manager to have her cease and desist from communicating with me.
I wrote to Bill Ramsey and stated my concerns but never received any feedback.
I am going to give the new property manager a chance to prove herself and if not will be moving on to some one else.
