One star is way too much for this store. I was actually insulted by a clerk while trying to find a cake because I left the freezer door open too long. Then my daughter was scolded for trying to help me. You would think an ice cream store job description would include being nice to children. You would be wrong. I then called the store to report the employee only to be told what a bad customer I was by the manager. I was astonished! After 13 years of buying my birthday cakes exclusively from this store and being a loyal customer this is how I get treated. Unbelievable!
