We started with a design we wanted. We had them drawn up and presented them to the designer. The designer made some assumptions without asking us and then during the measurement missed the window location by 3/4"". When the reveal is <6"" it is noticeable. The island we had designed was too large for the laminate top. Rather than tell us about the change, the designer just ""fixed"" it for us. Now the island doesn?t have enough overhand for bar stools.
