This salon groomed my dog multiple times without any complaints and seemed to be very affectionate with him. After their prices became too high I switched to another groomer. This groomer informed me that my dog was ""vicious"" and terrified of the staff. I assured them that Best Friends said nothing but good things about my animal. The staff then called Best Friends to ask about my dog and the workers there informed the staff that they simply had four people force him down in order to groom him. They not only spoke badly about my animal but also they repeatedly abused him rather than informing me that he was difficult to work with. I also found out that they had been charging me additional costs because they disliked my animal, NOT because prices had raised for everyone. My dog has never acted negatively towards anyone and I hold Best Friends fully responsible for negligence, abuse, and dishonesty. DO NOT USE THEM.
