Shame on you presidential pools for your poor customer service and flat out lies to me as a customer. You have promised to have my pool done for four weeks in a row and I still have no plaster. I can't even get anyone to call me back and tell me when or why I have no plaster. SHAME ON YOU. I have placed a sign of protest over your company sign that you so proudly displayed in my yard telling all my neighbors not to use you. I will be calling the better business bureau and newspaper to see if i can get a local story to cover you shameful tactics. I wonder if the owner and president of the company knows the way the employees recklessly abuse their employement for their own amusement. This is no way to run a business.
