Rick is an excellent fit for a personal trainer.  When I decided to lose weight a few years ago, he customized a routine that helped me nutritionally and with weight training.  He has a fantastic personality that keeps me motivated.  His style is perfect for woman who would like more of a private gym where he is focused on your goals specifically.
