Let me start by saying this company has hands down the best customer service I have ever dealt with. They are organized, efficient, friendly and good at what they do. The owner is great at assisting you with what product you need. He's polite, great at installing and great at explaining everything.
We had moved into a spatial condo on the first floor and have a huge window that needed to be covered. Our windows are huge. I had a few people from other companies come by to suggest prices. I even took pictures before and sent them to two different companies. Both of them showed up late and unprepared, in fact baffled on how to cover that window....but not the guys at Manhattan Blinds & Window Coverings!
They came out and showed us some options and in less than an hour they promised and told us that it would be exactly the shade we were looking for. The price was very reasonable. The wait was minimal to get the product in and then the owner came by himself and installed it!
Installation took hardly no time at all. Other companies said they would have to charge $125 for some large ladder or scaffold (???) but it took only one person to do it with a little ladder. The blinds look great and the service was awesome!
This company went above and beyond my expectations and did whatever they could do to ensure that we were happy with the service and the product. The shade is great, nice and private. We are very happy with everything!
Overall, I highly suggest them to anyone who is looking to get blinds or shades for their space.
