I very rarely complain like this, but I have had 2 different situations like this and wanted to pass along the word. The last time I took my van in for a detail my rugs were put back in and one of them was torn badly. When i brought it to the managers attention, I was told basically that they didn't do it. Well, if it wasn't like that before, and it is now...I would say accident or not it was done by their workers. This time we had some items that were in the van go missing afterwards, I was told that if there was anything ""valuable"" left in the car it was at my own risk. These weren't necessarily valuable, but they were MINE. And they were in the van when I dropped it off, and were not when I picked it up. Again I was basically told ""deal with it"".
Two times is the charm for me, I won't be going back. There employees are dishonest and the managers could care less about customer service.
