Been to this place about 5 times since i love their Bagel despite the fact that all the time i went there the staff are unfriendly and miserable looking. The last time me and my friends went there, we had to walk out after waiting for 45 mins outside the bakery early in the morning.The morbidly obese,dirty looking ,white trashy staff (3 of them) that opened the bakery never even said a thing to us,banged the tables and chairs infront of our faces ,seemingly annoyed by our presence ,not a single good morning or hello . That was too much attitude for us to take so we decided to leave and headed for Wegmans and had same good Bagels and good costumer service.
