We have been using Milton Frank Plumbing for 12 years. We have had a number of different plumber, and they have been on time and do excellent work. Normally they are consistent with the plumbers that they send out; we usually have the same one.
This time they send out a young plumber we had never had before. He was definitely experienced, and knew what he was doing, but we weren't satisfied with him personally. We had a couple of issues with the plumber himself, not with Milton Frank, or the work he did. The actual work was done, but we were not necessarily satisfied with the plumber that came over.
However, Milton Frank Plumbing is great value for the money. We have never had a problem with the work that they do, and we have always been provided great service up to this point.
