The service at Maple Taylor made my day!!! I took a jacket my daughter wears frequently in to have cleaned and the zipper replaced. The lady that was working there was wonderful. I was given an idea of the possible cost ahead of time. She was able to replace the pull on the zipper instead of the entire zipper, which was a large savings. I've taken this jacket to other cleaners prior to this. It came back clean but this time it came out noticeably whiter and cleaner. Good customer service like this is rare.
