Worst experiences I ever had from any of courier services. When I entered the store, the guy at counter was litterally fighting with another customer over phone. Don't know what was going and I did not care about that anyway. Well, next was my turn! I'd a pre-paid package to be returned to online retailer. I'd to put a return authorization in the package and had to seal the package. I requested for a sealing tape and this guy threw me a $1.50 cost for it! When asked why I'm being charged for a small tape, the guy told me that it costs $80 for tape and he can't offer it. No other courier service had told me this ""cost factor"" ever whenever I used their packing tape occassionally. Well, I wouldn't mind paying $1.50 but the way this guy behaved and talked was absolutely rude.
