I made an appointment to try on wedding dresses. I brought 2 of my friends with me. We walked in and took off our shoes. We were greeted shortly after and I told the girl that I had an appointment. She said ok, and told me that I could look at dresses and pick out a few and she would come back to grab them. So we browsed the dresses and picked out a few that we liked. She took them to the room (which looked like a storage room as it had several mannequins in it) and asked me if I needed a strapless bra. I told her I did and she got the size I asked for (which i accidentally told her the wrong size) and told me to let her know if I needed any help lacing up the dresses. Well after realizing that the bra did not fit I walked out of the room and looked around for her. I didn't see her til a few minutes later when I realized she was helping another bride. I sort of stood around awkwardly for a few minutes to see if she would check on me. She didn't so I went to ask her to get the right size. Then I had my friends help me put the dresses on seeing as she seemed too busy. I walked out and had to wait to use one of the 2 mirrors they have. I tried on a few dresses like this and then the girl finally came and talked to me for a bit. I told her what I liked and didn't like about the dress I had on. Then she brought me a dress that had more of the things I liked, so I tried it on. When I came back out I was looking in the mirror and not really loving it, and she came up and was like ""don't you just love it?"" I wanted to say ""no, and if you'd actually been paying attention at all you would know that"" i said what i liked and didn't like and she walked away again. I then changed back into my street clothes and walked out without saying anything. I walked right by the ""consultant"" and she didn't even notice. I'm sorry if I sound like a diva, but I expect that if I make an appointment that I should have someone to help me. I would have understood that type of treatment if I had just walked in. But it really pissed me off that I had went through the effort of setting up the appointment and I barely got any service.
