I had a terrible experience with them - they are the WORST CLEANING SERVICE EVER - and their service SUCKS!!!!!!! I signed up for weekly service with the promised 5th cleaning free. I had a different person for each of my services - so I had to train everyone each time! On the fifth time - they charged me, and refuse to cancel the charges, although that was the deal we signed up for!!! They said they will come back and clean for a 6th time, but they do a terrible job, I would like my 5th cleaning free! Oh and not to mention that on week 2 the ""Maids"" scratched the heck out of my BRAND NEW shower glass door and when I reported it, Stephanie ignored that I even told her! NOTHING! Week 2 was also 3 hours late, and no one called me to tell me, so i sat around waiting for them to show up!
