This is the WORST dental place EVER to go to! Me and my husband just had a baby and I called them because my husband had dental work done else where and they didnt do a good job so I called Dental Innovations and they said to come in and they would look him over. He went in Dec 9th of 2009 and they said he needed a crown done. He asked them to check his benefits before they did anything, the assistant "went to go call the ins" came back and said he had enough benefits left for the crown and he would be out of pocket 500. SO we financed the 500 through care credit. They put the temoprary on and came back for the permanent and they tell us his benefits RAN OUT and we need to pay another 700 dollars asap!!!!! He wouldve had all his benefits if we would've waited till JANUARY and I told them that and they said that was our problem. I said where is the assistant that called!? "Umm she no longer works here!"
