We have been using SCI Solutions for a little over a year. We did a total revamp of our patient access center and joined all central scheduling into a patient access call center. We started one year ago with 30 sending users and we now cover 230 sending users. And, we cover 170 physicians. SCI has afforded us the ability to decrease the amount of lost phone calls. Patient satisfaction has improved and physician office satisfaction has improved. We are able to give time back to the office staff. So offices that have nurses submitting orders have more actual nursing time. Community satisfaction on the whole has increased.
There communication is great. They have webinars and they send emails. I have never had a hard time getting through on their customer support line, and they stay with you until everything is resolved. It has been a great experience from the start.
