I bought tickets for four people was charged a wrong amount so the clerk asked me to pay the difference in price about an hour after I had left the ticket office. She made the error and didn't acknowledge nor did she say thank you and sorry for the error. So we went for the mothers day brunch and froze for about 20 minutes in line outiside because the staff was so unorganized. Our table was on the third floor and it seemed like we were at a wake no music no entertainment. We were told by another guest that the music was downstairs on the first and second floor I wish I would've known that cause the reason why I paid $200 something dollars was to have a good time, not to sit on the top floor bored. Food was great service sucked we waited 35 minutes for water after requesting for another setting cause our table was set for three and not four persons we boarded around 11:35 and at 12:47 we got another spoon and fork at around 1:30 we finally got out napkin.
